[What is Terminaria Berylica? ]
A deciduous broad-leaved tree of the Shicunaceae family that grows widely in forest areas of Asian countries including India.
The fruit is also used in Triphala (three fruits), an Ayurvedic herbal formula that has been passed down in India since ancient times.
[Functional indication] This product contains gallic acid derived from Terminalia Berylica. Gallic acid derived from Terminalia Berylica has been reported to have the ability to suppress the absorption of fat and sugar contained in meals.
Recommended dose: 2 tablets per day
[How to take] Take 2 tablets a day before meals, without chewing, with water or lukewarm water.
