Product Introduction

All ingredients used and design are from Tokushima. Yuzu pepper sauce made from fresh yuzu. Tabasco-style seasoning that condenses the charm of Tokushima.
Unlike yuzu sco, which is based on yuzu pepper, this is a slightly spicy sco based on yuzu juice. Most sco has a strong aroma of brewed vinegar such as rice vinegar.
However, BAKASCO's yuzu juice has the best aroma. This is a special sco that uses a generous amount of yuzu from Bando Foods and persimmon vinegar from Kawazoe Fruits.
In order to distinguish it from other citrus sco that uses lemon juice, etc., we try to make everything we can ourselves, so we use Tabasco chili peppers, yuzu, and persimmons that we grow and process ourselves, except for salt from our local area in Naruto, Tokushima Prefecture.
Tabasco peppers are grown from seedlings without any prior cultivation experience, persimmons are grown in Kawazoe and fermented to make persimmon vinegar, and the yuzu peel used to make yuzu pepper is organically produced at Bando Farm. Yuzu juice is purchased from yuzu farmers in the prefecture and squeezed by Bando Foods, with the final blend being done by Kawazoe Fruits.
A seasoning that can be used in any Japanese or Western cuisine. The refreshing acidity of yuzu combined with a spicy kick enhances any dish.
The refreshing acidity of yuzu, the richness of persimmon vinegar, and the subsequent spicy kick are addictive.
