We use organically grown Umajimura yuzu and domestically produced honey to carefully create a glacé.We use domestic ingredients, mainly cacao with a well-balanced flavor, and add flavors unique to Kochi Prefecture (Tosa). Plus, to prevent the flavor of the ingredients from being lost due to high temperatures, we baked them slowly at a low temperature of 120℃ to create five different flavors.
The outer bag also has a packaging design inspired by traditional Japanese patterns and kimonos, and carefully selected ingredients are used for the flavor that determines the flavor of the product.
This is a masterpiece that shows the skill of the craftsman, as the various ingredients are cooked by hand at a low temperature, and almost all processes are done without the use of machines.
