By adding red beans and Awabancha tea to the Japanese sweet "warabimochi," we have created a masterpiece with a great texture and smooth taste!
Awabancha warabimochi uses Awabancha tea (from Tokushima prefecture) that is fermented with lactic acid bacteria using a unique method that has been handed down since ancient times.
Awabancha tea has 1.6 times the total antioxidant power of green tea. It was developed in collaboration with Professor Yoshimura of the Faculty of Life Sciences at Shikoku University.
