We use organically grown Umajimura yuzu and domestically produced honey to carefully create a glacé.We use domestic ingredients, mainly cacao with a well-balanced flavor, and add flavors unique to Kochi Prefecture (Tosa). Plus, in order to prevent the flavor of the ingredients from being lost due to high temperatures, we baked them slowly at a low temperature of 120℃ to create 5 different flavors.
The outer bag also has a packaging design inspired by traditional Japanese patterns and kimonos, and carefully selected ingredients are used for the flavor that determines the flavor of the product.
It is a masterpiece that shows the skill of the craftsman, as the various ingredients are cooked by hand at a low temperature and almost the entire process does not involve the use of machines.
