Product Use
・While moving the main body by hand, press one place for about 10 seconds and repeat 4 to 5 times. As you move the area you touch little by little, the ball head will substitute the action of ``massage'' and ``shiatsu'', loosening stiffness, promoting blood circulation, and relieving muscle fatigue.
・With the ball head up, put your weight on your neck and shoulders and press repeatedly. Also suitable for areas where stiffness is a concern, from the thighs to the soles of the feet.
*What is pressure?: Applying your weight or pressing with your own strength. The recoil of the built-in spring gives the sensation of acupressure.
[How to use the special cap]
・When using the 2-ball type, we recommend using the special cap. When used on the back of the head, nape of the neck, etc., it prevents hair from getting caught in the ball head and spring part. The effect of pressure remains unchanged.
