The AW-500 series is a modern take on a classic model from the past.
The AW-500, which was released in 1989 as G-SHOCK's first analog-digital combination model, has been revived, overturning the conventional notion that analog watches are vulnerable to shocks due to the many small parts such as hands and gears. In addition to reproducing the original Color from when it was first released, the watch also comes with basic specifications such as a stopwatch, dual time, and alarm, as well as practical functions such as an EL backlight and a battery life of approximately 7 years.
This is a revival model of a classic G-SHOCK model that has undergone numerous reproductions and collaboration models in the past.
