Pu-erh tea tea bags.
What is Pu-erh tea?
It has a unique flavor that is not found in green tea or oolong tea due to aging.
Post-fermentation is tea that is fermented using microorganisms such as koji mold, rather than fermenting with the enzymes contained in the tea leaves.
- When enjoying in a teapot
Put one tea bag in the teapot. Pour in boiling water. Pour out the tea to the last drop into a teacup at your desired strength.
Put two tea bags in about 1 liter of boiling water. Boil over low heat for about 5 minutes. Adjust the number of tea bags and boiling time to your liking.
After boiling as described above, cool and transfer to a container, chill in the refrigerator, etc. before enjoying.
