Manda Koso is made by fermenting and maturing over 53 types of plant-based raw materials for over three years and three months. It is made by complex fermentation of various ingredients, mainly domestically produced "fruits," "grains," "seaweed," and "vegetables."
Since it is made only from the ingredients contained in fruits and vegetables, no water or heat is added, and it is fermented at room temperature surrounded by the gentle air of the Seto Inland Sea.
Manda Koso uses the whole ingredients and adds nothing.
