This product is made by roasting Tartary buckwheat from Hokkaido and processing it into a tetra pack. It is characterized by a clear and refreshing yellow tea, with a smooth taste and a fragrant aftertaste. In addition, no pesticides are used during the cultivation period, and it is caffeine-free, so it can be safely enjoyed by people of all ages, from children to the elderly. Tartary buckwheat contains more rutin, a type of flavonoid, than regular buckwheat, more than 200 times more. (Compared to our buckwheat tea)
