●Guideline for moxibustion ・When beginners use moxibustion, start with one moxibustion per acupuncture point once a day. Please start with 1-3 pressure points. ・Please adjust according to your physical condition within the range that feels comfortable. (Reactions to heat vary from person to person) ・The heat will last for about 3 minutes after the fire goes out. Before lighting the fire, decide on the pressure points in advance.
