Masdent Care is a medicated toothpaste that prevents periodontal disease* and bleeding from the gums. The naturally derived medicinal ingredient dipotassium glycyrrhizinate suppresses inflammation of the gums, while tranexamic acid prevents bleeding. It contains essential oil from mastic, a sap extracted from a herb tree that grows only on the Greek island of Chios, as a cleaning agent. It works to inhibit plaque formation and purify the mouth. It is a natural toothpaste that does not contain synthetic sweeteners, foaming agents, or preservatives, and has the added benefit of being able to thoroughly brush the gums because it produces less foam.
