The delivery speed is normal, a seller worth recommending

I placed an order with my credit card, but the store refused to ship the product because it was discontinued. The product is still available on the website. It's basically a price increase. They don't want to sell at a loss, so they won't ship the product. They also don't respond to my emails. It's terrible.
