I bought the rosemary and jasmine tea flavor. I've only had it once, so I don't know how effective it is yet. But judging by the taste, the natural and harmonious flavor makes me feel relaxed and in a different mood. It's a product worth repurchasing.

These Savas bars were the best tasting and gave me the most energy out of all the ones I tried. It's good and you can't even taste the protein (which is a good thing)! It also has a good amount of protein, so it's perfect for meeting daily protein intake. I highly recommend this! (Also, the bar is on the harder side. If you have sensitive teeth, then maybe you should try a different product.)
