I placed an order at 7am on 9/30, but it was not shipped until 10/15. I contacted the customer service editor on FB and finally got a response. The store claimed that the product was returned by customs because it contained dry batteries. In fact, it was not shipped at all because Japan Post could not find any logistics records. It was not until I asked that it was finally shipped at noon on 10/16. At this time, the logistics record really appeared. Aftee notified me the next day that the payment deadline was until 11/3. This is the real shipping process. The store’s shipping speed is slow, and it can even be said that it was not shipped at all. It was only shipped the next day after I asked. It’s very bad! Of course, I really received a blood pressure monitor with dry batteries deliberately removed, but the presence of dry batteries in the product does not affect the shipment, and it will not be returned by customs for this reason! I have purchased other products containing dry batteries at Dokodemo, and this has never happened. I cannot agree with the store’s delay and words, but the product functions normally. Although it is Made in China, it does not affect the use, and it is still much cheaper than in China.

This ear thermometer (MC-510) does not measure temperature accurately. Is it a defective product? Or does it need to be calibrated? I don't know how to deal with it...
