The bag smells incredibly musty and is completely unusable.

The bag itself had a strong musty smell that lingered for a long time. It was also severely damp, with large areas sticky, and even the metal zipper was extremely difficult to pull, despite applying oil. These issues weren't clearly stated on the website. I contacted customer service for a return but received no response. Am I supposed to just accept this bad luck? Think twice before buying a bag from this store.

Genuinely the photos did not do the bag justice, the shipping wasn’t too long maybe like just less then a month and it came on a box so the bag didn’t bend or misshape. SUPER happy thankyou so much !! ps ive now ordered my second bad from here aswell
