Take the following amount with water or lukewarm water before bedtime (or on an empty stomach). However, for the first dose, use the minimum amount and gradually increase or decrease the dosage while observing your bowel movements and condition. [Age: Single dose: Frequency of administration] 15 years and older: 1-3 tablets: once a day Ages 11-14: 1-2 tablets, once a day. Children under 11 years old: Do not administer.
