- Use a spoolie brush or similar tool to groom the direction of your eyebrow hairs. - Draw individual hairs from the arch to the tail of your eyebrow, following the direction of hair growth. - Draw lightly to fill in any sparse areas. - Finally, blend the entire brow for a natural finish.
