Relief of constipation and associated symptoms such as headache, hot flashes, eczema, dermatitis, acne, loss of appetite, abdominal distension, abnormal intestinal fermentation, and hemorrhoids. [Caution] Can be used regardless of physical condition.

Take the following amount with water or lukewarm water before bedtime without chewing. However, for the first dose, use the minimum amount and gradually increase or decrease the dosage by half a tablet or one tablet at a time (up to the maximum amount shown below) while observing your bowel movements and condition.
