1. Do not take this medicine if you are one of the following:
(1) People who have experienced allergic symptoms due to this drug or its ingredients.
(2) Male
(3) Women aged 70 or older
(4) Children under 15 years of age
(5) Pregnant women or those suspected to be pregnant
(6) People with the following symptoms: Difficulty urinating, urinary retention (difficulty or inability to urinate despite the urge to urinate)
- Blood in the urine, painful urination, bladder pain
(7) People who have been diagnosed with the following at a medical institution: gastric atony (decreased stomach function due to gastroptosis), intestinal atony (decreased intestinal motility)
・Pyloric or intestinal obstruction ・Parkinson's disease, cerebrovascular disorders (cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, etc.)
-Glaucoma, dementia, myasthenia gravis, serious heart disease
2. Do not take any of the following medicines while taking this drug.
Gastrointestinal analgesics and antispasmodics, gastrointestinal medicine containing Scopolia extract, motion sickness medicine, oral medicine for rhinitis, cold medicine
3. After taking this medicine, do not drive or operate machinery (drowsiness, blurred vision, abnormal sensitivity to light, etc. may occur).
4. If you are breastfeeding, do not take this medicine or avoid breastfeeding if you take this medicine.
5. Do not use for long periods of time.

1. The following people should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medicine.
(1) People receiving medical treatment from a doctor
(2) Elderly people (65 years of age or older)
(3) People who have experienced allergic symptoms due to medicine, etc.
(4) People with the following symptoms: ・Frequent urination or urinary incontinence (within one month of onset)
- People who only have frequent urination at night and no frequent urination during the day
(5) People who have been diagnosed with arrhythmia, liver dysfunction, kidney disorder, ulcerative colitis, or hyperthyroidism
(6) People who have experienced symptoms of difficulty urinating, urinary retention, blood in the urine, pain during urination, or bladder pain (people who currently have these symptoms should not take this medicine).
(7) People who have undergone pelvic surgery such as uterine cancer or rectal cancer
2. If the following symptoms occur after taking this medicine, these may be side effects, so stop taking the medicine immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist with this package insert.

3. In rare cases, the following serious symptoms may occur after taking this medicine. As these may be side effects, immediately stop taking this medicine and consult a doctor, taking this leaflet with you.

Urinary retention: A condition in which you feel the urge to urinate but are unable to urinate, causing pain.
Hallucinations and delirium: Symptoms include the sensation that things exist that are not actually there, and a decline in attention, awareness, and cognitive function.
Acute glaucoma attack: Symptoms include sudden nausea, eye pain accompanied by headache, and blurred vision.
Paralytic ileus (intestinal obstruction-like symptoms): Severe abdominal pain, cessation of gas expulsion (farting), vomiting, and severe constipation accompanied by abdominal bloating.
Rhabdomyolysis: Symptoms include muscle pain in the arms, legs, shoulders, waist, etc., numbness in the arms and legs, weakness, stiffness, general fatigue, and reddish-brown urine.
Kidney damage: Symptoms include fever, rash, decreased urine output, general swelling, general fatigue, joint pain, and diarrhea.
Liver dysfunction: Symptoms include fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes), brown urine, general fatigue, and loss of appetite.
Thrombocytopenia: A decrease in the number of platelets, a component of the blood, can cause bleeding symptoms such as nosebleeds, bleeding gums, and bruises.
Stevens-Johnson syndrome: High fever, bloodshot eyes, eye discharge, sore lips, sore throat, widespread skin rash and redness, etc. may persist or suddenly worsen.
QT prolongation, ventricular tachycardia: Symptoms include dizziness, palpitations, chest pain, increased heart rate, and loss of consciousness.
4. The following symptoms may occur after taking this medicine. If these symptoms persist or worsen, discontinue use and consult your doctor or pharmacist, showing this leaflet.
Dry mouth, constipation, diarrhea, drowsiness, blurred vision, temporary forgetfulness
5. If your symptoms do not improve after taking this medicine for 2 weeks, stop taking it and consult your doctor or pharmacist with this package insert.
