Skin texture significantly improved

Torn packaging, low-quality masks that were thick and wouldn't adhere to skin while applying

When I was checking the products, I noticed that the inside of the bubble wrap was damp. Upon further inspection, there was a clear tear on the bottom left corner of the packaging; the liquids were already seeping out of the packaging when I received it. When I opened the package, I noticed that the mask quality was extremely questionable. The masks were very thick, not from absorbing the serum, but the mask material itself was very thick. It was very hard to keep the mask from peeling.
