(Failure to follow these instructions may worsen your current symptoms or increase the likelihood of side effects or accidents.)
1. Do not take this medicine if you:
(1) People who have previously experienced allergic symptoms due to this drug or any of its ingredients.
(2) People who have previously experienced asthma after taking this drug or other antipyretic analgesics or cold medicines. (It may trigger asthma.)
(3) Children under 15 years of age.
(4) Persons receiving treatment or medication for the following illnesses at a medical institution.
People with gastric or duodenal ulcers, blood disorders, liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease, high blood pressure, or those currently taking zidovudine (Retrovir). (People with gastric or duodenal ulcers, liver disease, or kidney disease may experience a worsening of their symptoms.) (People with blood disorders may experience leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, etc., which may further worsen their symptoms.) (People with heart disease may experience a further worsening of cardiac dysfunction.) (People with high blood pressure may experience a further increase in blood pressure.)
(5) Pregnant women within 12 weeks of their expected delivery date.
2. Do not take any of the following medications while taking this medicine: other antipyretic analgesics, cold medicines, or sedatives.
3. Do not drink alcohol before or after taking this medication (alcohol can generally accelerate the absorption and metabolism of drugs, potentially increasing the occurrence of side effects and toxicity, and may lead to serious liver damage).
4. Do not take this medication continuously for a long period of time.

1. The following people should consult a doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or registered salesperson before taking this medicine:
(1) A person receiving treatment from a physician or dentist.
(2) Pregnant women or women who are suspected to be pregnant.
(3) People who are breastfeeding.
(4) Elderly people. (Generally, elderly people have reduced physiological function, so side effects may be more pronounced.)
(5) People who have experienced allergic symptoms due to medication or other substances.
(6) Persons who have been diagnosed with or have had any of the following illnesses:
Stomach and duodenal ulcers, blood disorders, liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease, hypertension, bronchial asthma (may trigger bronchial asthma), systemic lupus erythematosus (may worsen symptoms of this disease such as kidney damage, or cause aseptic meningitis), mixed connective tissue disease (may cause aseptic meningitis), ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease (there have been reports of worsening symptoms).
2. If any of the following symptoms appear after taking the medication, it may be a side effect. Immediately stop taking the medication and consult a doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with the product's package insert.

Shock (anaphylaxis): Immediately after taking the medication, symptoms such as itchy skin, hives, hoarseness, sneezing, itchy throat, difficulty breathing, palpitations, and confusion may appear.
Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis: high fever, conjunctival congestion, eye discharge, lip sores, sore throat, widespread skin rash and redness, small bumps (pustules) appearing on the reddened skin, general malaise, loss of appetite, etc., persist or worsen rapidly.
Drug-induced hypersensitivity syndrome: Symptoms include widespread redness of the skin, generalized rash, fever, general malaise, and swelling of lymph nodes (neck, armpits, groin, etc.).
Digestive disorders: Symptoms include black stools, vomiting blood, bloody stools, and mucoid bloody stools (soft stools mixed with blood, mucus, and pus).
Liver dysfunction: Symptoms include fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellowing of the skin and whites of the eyes), dark urine, general malaise, and loss of appetite.
Kidney damage: Symptoms include fever, rash, decreased urine output, general swelling, general malaise, joint pain, diarrhea, etc.
Aseptic meningitis: Symptoms include severe headache accompanied by neck stiffness, fever, nausea, and vomiting (these symptoms are particularly common in people being treated for systemic lupus erythematosus or mixed connective tissue disease).
Myocardial infarction: Symptoms include a constricting chest pain, shortness of breath, and cold sweats.
Cerebrovascular disorder: Symptoms such as decreased or lost consciousness, difficulty moving one side of the body, headache, vomiting, dizziness, difficulty speaking, and difficulty finding words may appear suddenly.
Interstitial pneumonia: Symptoms include shortness of breath or difficulty breathing when climbing stairs or exerting oneself, a dry cough, fever, etc., which may appear suddenly or persist.
Asthma: Symptoms include wheezing and difficulty breathing.
Aplastic anemia: Symptoms include bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, fever, pale skin and mucous membranes, fatigue, palpitations, shortness of breath, dizziness, and blood in the urine.
Agranulocytosis: Symptoms include sudden high fever, chills, and sore throat.
3. After taking this medication, the following symptoms may occur. If these symptoms persist or worsen, discontinue use and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with the product's package insert: [Constipation, dry mouth]
4. After taking this medication, you may experience symptoms such as a body temperature lower than normal, weakness (collapse), or cold hands and feet (cold extremities). In such cases, immediately stop taking the medication, keep yourself warm with a blanket, and consult a doctor, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with the product's package insert.
5. If your symptoms do not improve after taking the medication 3 to 4 times, discontinue use and consult a doctor, dentist, pharmacist, or registered salesperson with the product's package insert.
