By using DOKODEMO coupons hereinafter referred to as Coupons”, customers can enjoy various discounts when making purchases online at DOKODEMO.
Customers can acquire coupons through the following two methods.

Click a button or link located on the DOKODEMO website or related media to get Coupons.
Enter the specified coupon code on the My Coupons page of your member account.
Go to the “My Coupons” page of your member account to check your current coupons.
Coupons issued by DOKODEMO sellers for discounted amounts or rates on specified products sold at issuing store.
Calculation: Sales Price (JPY) × Quantity - DISCOUNT + Shipping Fee ＝ Actual Payment
Ex.: Purchase of 3 items Eligible for Coupon Use, Each Costing 1,000JPY.
* Coupon Discount Amount, 200 JPY, Shipping Fee: 500 JPY (1,000 × 3 - 200) + 500 = 3,300
Coupons issued by DOKODEMO sellers for discounted amounts or rates on products sold at issuing store.
Calculation: Sales Price (JPY) × (100% - Coupon Discount Rate) × Quantity + Shipping Fee ＝ Actual Payment
Ex.: Purchase of 3 items Eligible for Coupon Use, Each Costing 1,000JPY.
* Coupon Discount Rate 20%, Shipping Fee: 500 (JPY) 1,000 × (100% - 20%) × 3 + 500 = 2,900
① Add the product eligible for discount or the product eligible for discount from the specified store to your cart and continue to the payment page.
② Continue to the confirmation page and carefully confirm the contents of your order.
③ Please confirm that available coupons have been applied to your purchase.
* In cases when customers have multiple coupons and use in combination is not allowed, the coupon with the highest amount will be applied to their purchase.
④ After confirming order contents, select the desired payment method and place your order.
* Points will be awarded based on the total purchase amount after the coupon discount has been applied.
The times each coupon can be used their period of validity varies. Please check coupon details before using.
The number of coupons to be issued is limited. In the case that the upper limited has been reached, any further coupons will not be issued.
Coupons which can be used in combination as well as those which cannot are both available. Please check coupon details before use.
Coupons used on orders that have been cancelled will be reinstated only in the case that the order was cancelled prior to shipment.
* Coupons will not be returned under any condtions after orders have been shipped.
