[Important Notice] Temporary Suspension and Delay of International Mail to Some Countries/Regions (Updated on July 6th, 2020)

With the worldwide spread of the New Coronavirus infectious disease, measures such as the suspension of international mail has been taken by many countries/regions. As a result, the number of aircraft arriving and departing Japan has been significantly reduced or suspended. Due to the disruption in transportation routes, sales to some countries and regions will be suspended temporarily from April 1 (Wednesday). Currently, orders from these countries/regions can no longer be placed. We also expect significant delays to other countries/regions where we still accept orders.
Please also note that we are currently receiving numerous inquiries and our responses may therefore be delayed.We apologize for the inconvenience caused, and greatly appreciate your kind understanding.

2. Can countries not under the temporary suspended list place an order?
Yes, you can. Nevertheless, the number of air flights have been significantly reduced worldwide, therefore do expect delay in the arrival of your package.
Furthermore, additional countries/regions may be added to the suspended list later on. Latest information will be announced on this page.
3. Will order that have been placed be shipped?
Order that has not yet been dispatched:
Order will be cancelled and refunded in full amount.
After cancellation is completed, we will contact you through the “Contact Us“ of “My Page.“ Please take note of our message.
Order that has been dispatched:
Order that has been dispatched cannot be cancelled. Nevertheless, it is likely the package will be returned to Japan. Please rest assured that we will proceed with cancellation and refund accordingly if a package is returned.
For countries/regions where shipping is not suspended, please expect shipping and delivery to be extensively delayed.

【Important】Regarding DOKODEMO Points that Expire from April 1st

The coronavirus outbreak around the world has greatly disrupted international shipping and has led to the suspension of our sale to some countries and territories since April 1st.
As a result, we received many requests from our users, who are worried that their earned points may expire during this suspension period, to extend the validity period of their points.
In respond to that, we have taken measures to extend the expiration date of DOKODEMO points — for applicable users whose points “expired from April 1st” or “will expire during this period” — to December 31st, 2020.
