Starting from March 1, 2026, pre-authorization through EZ WAY will be mandatory for all imports to Taiwan.
As a result, for DOKODEMO orders shipped to Taiwan, the recipient must personally register with EZ WAY and complete pre-authorization.
■ About EZ WAY
In Taiwan, when importing goods from overseas, recipients are legally required to complete real-name authentication and customs authorization via EZ WAY.
EZ WAY is the official app provided by the Customs Administration, Ministry of Finance, Taiwan. Registration and operation can only be performed by the recipient.
Also, the recipient information entered during ordering must match the information registered in EZ WAY.
If the information does not match, Taiwan Customs will not approve the package for clearance.
■ EZ WAY (Easy Delivery Service) Procedure Flow
- Download the EZ WAY app and complete the real-name authentication process.
- Receive customs clearance notifications from Taiwan Customs in the EZ WAY app.
- Review the notifications in the EZ WAY app and approve the customs clearance authorizations.

■ Please Be Aware
In the following cases, customs clearance may not be completed by Taiwan Customs, and the package may be returned or destroyed:
- If customs authorization via EZ WAY has not been confirmed by the recipient
- If the declaration details entered in EZ WAY do not match
For issues arising from the above reasons, including:
- Delivery delays
- Returns
- Disposal of packages
