Q1: I forgot to enter the coupon code, can i use it after the order has been confirmed?
A1: You cannot use the coupon after the order has been confirmed, so please do not forget to enter it before purchasing. If the order has not be confirmed yet then you may still be able to cancel the order by checking your "My Page" > "Order History" -
Q2:My first order was cancelled, can I still use the same coupon code?
A2: If the order has been cancelled before it was shipped, you can still use the same coupon code. If the cancellation was after the order was shipped then the same coupon cannot be used.
